Today, we are celebrating one of this planet’s most beautiful locations. Lonavala, located in Maharashtra, India an hour away from Mumbai, is blessed with natures abundance, green mountains, pure, crisp air, waterfalls. An ideal second home destination. We have acquired and are developing various sites in Lonavala. Powered with our large large land bank and assets, we will soon be launching more projects comprising of Lifestyle villas in the heart of Lonavala.
We are actively involved in a slum rehab project of over 1000 slums in Chembur Mumbai.
Mangaon, a Taluka close to Alibag and the upcoming Dighi Port is next in our agenda. We are on the verge of launching a new Resedintial / Commercial project.
We also have a building for development in central Fountain-Fort, Mumbai.
LK Earth has recently completed construction of “Krishna Empire” a landmark 7 storey building project in Koparkhairane, Navi Mumbai. The future is well and truly under construction. List of few projects completed by our group: 1. One of our first projects undertaken and successfully completed was a housing complex
consisting of 6 buildings and 63 flats at Virar.
2. Another residential building at Lulla Nagar, a posh location at Pune, consisting of 24 Flats.
3. A multi-storied tower consisting of 24 floors and 96 Flats at Prabhadevi, Worli.
4. Another residential building at Mahim.
5. 48 Flats at Eden Park, Viman Nagar/Pune.
6. A building consisting of 40 Flats and 12 Shops totalling 50,000 SqFt at
Koperkhairane, Navi Mumbai.
