MUSCO (Mahindra Ugine Steel Company now known as Mahindra Sanyo) is the pioneer in production of quality special steels in the country backed by the conglomerate Mahindra & Mahindra. M/s MUSCO are one of the largest manufacturers of Alloy steel in private sector in India.
MUSCO started in 1962 with technical support from Ugine, France. Today, this is an independent Indian company and has commissioned all modern infrastructure necessary to produce quality steel consistently. In the last four decades, MUSCO have achieved a leadership position in India for their products including high grade alloy, tool & die steels. Recently they entered into a JV with Sanyo, Japan.
TAYO ROLLS Ltd is a market leader in the manufacture and supply of cast and forged steel rolls it has recently started manufacture of top quality Alloy steels and Die Blocks. The company was promoted in 1968 by renowned Tata Steel in collaboration with well known Japanese company Yodogawa Steel Works.
